This was one of the best experiences I've had at a car dealer. I didn't feel like I was dealing with someone who only wanted to sell me a car and play games. It was very refreshing. I was initially impressed with Mission Viejo Acura through it's service department when I used to bring my 2004 TSX in for servicing. When it was time for a new vehicle I went to Audi, Infiniti, BMW, through it's service department when I used to bring my 2004 TSX in for servicing. When it was time for a new vehicle I went to Audi, Infiniti, BMW, and Lexus. I finally gave MV Acura the final shot at getting my business. Nick was very professional and focused on selling me the car and doing his best to meet my needs as quickly as possible, without tough sales tactics. He found the color and model I wanted and the staff, especially Nick, were all very helpful and accommodating. More
