I read the reviews good and bad but still decided to visit this place because it is where I have my Camry serviced. I went to by a 2022 Rav4 with a check in my pocket book. First off the Rav4 Total price sticker for the SUV stated $34,000.00 so when I decided to buy they change the price to 40,000.00. When I brought up the internet with their prices I was told that was mistakes. 13 of them. spoke to a person behind the desk who was very condescending and rude. I didn't say or do anything for them to be rude but based the low reviews my experience makes them true. it may not happen to all, but you are a person of color, expect it. I am a professional, dressed down for the weekend, They truly underestimated me. BBB here I come regarding their false advertising, ethics and every other agencies I will be contacting. More
I went in looking for a Camry for my son on Saturday and was greeted by Gisel, she told us right away they don’t have any cars, she mentioned that is $5,000 over the window price and 3-5months wait. My 3 year old Camry has peeling and damaged paint in 4 spots on the roof. I have 3 leased Toyotas currently and they are all parked in front of my house. Toyota said outside influences. Several people in repair business never saw this in a 3 year old car. They essentially said bad paint with not sealed properly. I have leased 14 Toyotas including 3 currently. Toyota said nothing can be done to help, not covered by warranty. How about another paint recall of another 300,000 cars. Toyota needs to change the paint and seal it properly. I am leaving the Toyota family after many cars and 16 years. Management needs a change. When they run from you and do not speak to you, this is a problem. More

This dealer lied to me several times when I'd ask questions on the vehicle service on a used car. Took it to my mechanic and had the car checked over and found dealership service dept lied and never questions on the vehicle service on a used car. The trans oil is supposedly red in color and not dark black. Another issue is battery voltage was so low it wouldn't start the car. The battery was bad and couldn't hold any sort of charging. Car was missing hub cap. I contacted dealer, they did nothing, so I called north american toyota corp. office and filed a complaint. I am a five time toyota owner and will never shop there again, they lost customer. It's crap like this that gives all deralships a bad name. They all no good. More

Great guy, transparent, not aggressive and understanding of circumstances and didn’t force anything just to increase the bill. More
