I went to this dealership because it was the closest to my home and becuase my wife had gotten her first car there in 1998. We thought the same would be true buying a new car and paying for it in full, cash my home and becuase my wife had gotten her first car there in 1998. We thought the same would be true buying a new car and paying for it in full, cash. As we entered the showroom we were aproached by a sales person who shortly left to attend to something else and then we were approached by another sales person(Everett) who was very nice to us and alittle to eager to get us into a car that same day, that same hour. First and foremost I am someone who hates to shop but being that I was spending this kind of money I made a commitment to myself that I would atleast shop around for the best possible price that I could get, especially since I was paying in full. I thouhgt to my self that anyone who pays in full cash is bound to get a better offer then financing but that was not the case especially since Everett told me that I had to speak to their finance guy even though I was paying for the car in full. Not sure why that was told to me and why I had to speak to him but I did and I told him the same thing. I was first looking for a Toyota Camry but them my wife got a phone call from her father suggesting that we get something a little bigger with more room. So, we looked at the Toyota Rav4. We liked the car and the make the long story short the best possible offer made to us was $22,000 plus tax. Not knowing much about car and having him show me prices on the internet, I was convinced that I was getting a good price, so I told him I would be back in 24-48 hours to pick up the car if I could not find something better, and of course, I was then told that I could not get that deal unless a deposit of no less than $1,000 was left to secure the deal. So, I did. throught out the entire process I felt more like a transaction then a human being and what I mean by that is that I made it very clear that I was going to pay for it in full but it took the salesperson over 45 min to speak to the people behind the glass to get me a price. I really hate those people behind the glass, as they sit in their cushy seats talking bull S**t and staring down at you like if you are roadkill and they are vulchers. I left that afternoon and went to another dealer that offered me a better price over the phone. When I got there, they told me that they did not have the car that we wanted but to make up to us they would get me they 2008 for the same price. How could I passed up such a great deal. The next day i called the salesperson on his cellphone and he did not return my call until the third time. I told him that if he could drop $500 more off the cost of the 2007 that I would take delivery of the car in one hour and he said that he could not make that call and that he would get back to me in 1 hour but he never did. I really hate it when people don't keep their word. I went the next day to get my deposit back and I made it clear that I just wanted to get my money back since they could not give a better offer and I told him that I did not want to speak to any of people from behind the glass, well neatless to say, it took them over 1.5 to return my deposit because they were trying to convince me that no other dealer to make me such an offer. They said that they other dealership was going to pull a bait and switch on me and that there is no way in the world that the other dearler could get a 2008 Toyota Rav4 before them and that it would take them over a month to get it. Well, guess what, Victory Toyota came through and delivered the car exactly when they told me that they would. It's too bad for Millenium Toyota because I was going to buy another brand new car in the near future, again in cash, but instead I will go back to Victory Toyota, where I felt more like a person instead of a transaction. Today I went to this pathetic dealership to look at a pre-owner 4WD vehicle. To my demise there were no one around to help me. I located some idiot behind the counter that had no clue about anything. pre-owner 4WD vehicle. To my demise there were no one around to help me. I located some idiot behind the counter that had no clue about anything. I was told everyone was in a meeting and wont be available for the next hour. I asked him for a business card and he said he dont have any. What a way to conduct business. Asked about a specific vehicle and he blew me off. I wasted my 20 minutes driving to this place. The better business bureau should revoke their license and close them down. I read the reviews of other customers and now it make sense. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place. More
The people were somewhat friendly until the problems began. The car we were sold was not the same car we were originally shown. The title was never notarized. We brought it back, and they said they wo began. The car we were sold was not the same car we were originally shown. The title was never notarized. We brought it back, and they said they would fedex it back to us notarized. Never received the Fedex, called to complain, they denied responsibility, then sent out the letter after admitting to not having ever sent it. Put the temporary license on the wrong side of the car and did not date it, which caused me to get pulled over by the police. Phone service is horrendous, constantly being cut off, put on hold and transferred to people who are not there. Pretty sure the "manager" I was given to talk to was not actually a manager. More
This dealership has was most unprofessional and disgraceful people (certifed used car center). Not only were they very pushy, but disrespectful about the customer's financial situation. There is a disgraceful people (certifed used car center). Not only were they very pushy, but disrespectful about the customer's financial situation. There is a planned phased harassment - the sales person tried to push me for something i can't afford. when he was not able to convince me, he got his manager. The manager started by bragging himself that he inspected 300 cars a month and knows the best price of any car, and tried to bully. Then comes the store manager who is the the baddest. Not only was he mean, disgusting but he also sarcastically remarked on my financial situation many times. I initially looked at a car, test drove it and liked it. but after knowing the price, realized that it is not in my budget and wanted to get out. but these people won't let u walk out before 2 hours of pushing and harassing. They will pull any tactic to get you to buy a car, and get as much money as they can from you. I disliked the dealership so much, it spoiled my day. If you want to waste your time and be treated very badly, so here. If you want to be treated well, avoid this place no matter what. More
Wes tried the infamous "bait and switch" with us today. Unfortunately, there's little one can do to combat this unless the "sales order" has the VIN number on it, which ours didn't have. Yes, w us today. Unfortunately, there's little one can do to combat this unless the "sales order" has the VIN number on it, which ours didn't have. Yes, we could have fought them, but no car in the end would be the result. Quite frankly, I thought this type of practice was long since dead, but it's alive and well at Millenium Toyota in Hempstead, Long Island, N.Y. I'm so sorry I ever dealt with this dealership. More

I accompanied my mom to this dealership this past weekend hoping to find her a reasonably priced Toyota Camry. Varghese met us and immediately showed us what he had in stock, took us for a test drive and ne hoping to find her a reasonably priced Toyota Camry. Varghese met us and immediately showed us what he had in stock, took us for a test drive and never asked us the age old question "How much are you looking to spend" which is an automatic turnoff. We'd visited several dealerships in the past few months and ALL have asked this question upfront prompting us to leave as quickly as we arrived. The price negotiations with Varghese & Brian was positive. We were not made to feel as if our arms were being twisted. It took some time, but when we were done, we felt we received a fair price for the car. My only issue was with the financing guy (didn't get his name) who managed to convince my mom to purchase an extended warranty on a certified preowned vehicle which is covered for 7 years/100,000 miles and upgrade the existing anti-theft device system (when I wasn't present), increasing her purchase by $2600. Liked the fact that you could see the real prices on the web and then you could see the car with prinout in hand or else I would have paid $1,000 for the cars I was quoted. web and then you could see the car with prinout in hand or else I would have paid $1,000 for the cars I was quoted. More
