I thought that Al did a great job of getting everything together. I did not like that I had to wait as long as I did but that was not Als fault. Their new facility is about 5x better most Toyota dealers I visited in NYC & Long Island areas. Seems to be well staffed, sales floor and waiting areas are roomy, inventory lot is huge, well organized and cl I visited in NYC & Long Island areas. My Sales Agent Danielle was great in working with me to get the car I want at the price I wanted to pay. Internet Sale Manager Mike O. was also helpful, gave me a competative price. They are trigger happy with document fees and finance fees, and should improve upon. Overall, my purchase experience with Millenium Toyota is satisfactory to good. Much better than my previous dealing with Advantage Toyota in Lynbrook. I would return for future Toyota purchase and recommend to others. More

First, let me say that my visit to Millennium Toyota was better than could be expected. That being said I buy cars once every 3 years or so, and I have always purchased American cars. I was nervous about what to expect upon entering a Toyota dealership for the first time. My fears and jitters were calmed immediately. The building itself is a first-class building, and they have fresh brewed coffee! Anyway, I was still nervous about the purchase, but that too was calmed by Millennium's knowledgeable staff. They knew everything about the vehicles, and took the time (several hours) to explain in detail the pros and cons for me to get a Rav4, Camry, or a Corolla. I ultimately decided on a Rav4, for the space. I could not be happier today with my vehicle. I may not have purchased a car other than an American one, if it had not been for Millennium Toyota, and its very knowledgeable staff…Thank you, and I will recommend all of my friends. More

When me and my wife walked into the show room, we where greeted very cordially by Mr.Korgood. He procceded by showing us the model and the options for the vehicle we were interested in. I went to Millennium Toyota after having a terrible experience at another Toyota dealership. Since Millennium was local we decided to take our business there instead. I did not know it but when I entered Millennium I walked up to the General Manager who was working at the front desk in the showroom. He is easily accessible to customers if they need his help. Nice touch for doing business. Without knowing who he was he said hello and asked if he could help me, I explained to him what I wanted and he assigned people to help me right away. He even took his time to work on something for us personally which I was thankful for. The credit was already secured through Toyota Capital Corp. by the place we walked out on and the offer we were given by Millennium beat the price of the other dealer and was within $ 5 of what we budgeted for a car. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. Millennium was very professional through the entire process. They didn't make any promises they couldn't keep and for someone who hates going through the process of buying a car I was impressed. Don't let the size of the dealership intimidate you. They are more than amply staffed and do many things to make the customers and families comfortable. The facility is modern and there is plenty of parking in their lot which is not overstuffed with cars and dedicated for customer parking. We were there at a very busy time and though you could tell the place was efficiently run I distinctly got the impression that they don't rush from one customer to the next. We worked with Fernando Gonzales in sales, Hector Maltes in finance, and Anthony the General Manager (I didn’t get his last name). I can't speak about the service yet but based on the sales experience I am anticipating that it will be good. If you live in the Nassau County area Millenium Toyota is worth taking a drive to if you are intersted in making a purchase. More

I had an appointment at the service department of Toyota at the same time as their holiday party. After waiting for a little while, I was approached by a very nice employee who told me that the service emp at the same time as their holiday party. I was confused as to why they would schedule me with someone during an employee's lunch. I was about 5 minutes late to my appointment but didnt think that should have any affect on my appointment. I wouldnt think an employee would leave and not wait for a customer after 5 minutes. Regardless, I figured someone would help me out and wasn't all that bothered. I probably would have just waited for someone else to help me, however, I overheard another employee make very rude comments about me to this gentlemen and I decided to just leave. Apparently I should have come 5 minutes earlier and the service employee would not have been out to lunch. As I was going to get my car from the valet and leave, I found out it was their holiday party and was told that was why no one could help me. I felt badly about even being at Millenium Toyota during their holiday party - why would they schedule an appointment with me during their holiday party? Seemed like very bad timing on their part. I honestly didnt really care about the service employee I had an appointment with being out to lunch had someone else just come over and helped me. I probably would have waited a litle more (although I had already been waiting)had I not overheard another employee talking about me in a rude and inappropriate manner. I decided I did not want to give my service now or in the future to this dealership and will be going elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Fees are not disclosed in the beginning, and the sales agent didnot spend time to explain us those itemized fees. We were hit with a $374 administrative fee which we had no idea after we signed the purchase. 30 minutes later, we challenged this to the financial staff, he stated that this fee is standard and there is no grace period to back out (I was really pissed at that point, I wish I would just walked right out at that point). You can imagine what kind of world we are living-in today since everybody tries to screw each other right out with hidden fees and intimidation. Consumers shouldn't really need to bid on a vehicle (since we are not in this car business). The whole concept is just down right absurd. More
