Told I was covered 100%, not true Told me the service was covered 100% no out of pocket expense. Gave me a loaner for the day. Return the next day and told the service is not covered Told me the service was covered 100% no out of pocket expense. Gave me a loaner for the day. Steve never really checked I guess to see if the parts are covered in the first place. The service manager was of no service at all. Did not even offer a discount on the parts More
