I didn't like that all documents were presented on a digital device and signed on the device & no copies of the documents were given to us. I have requested paper copies of all of the docs. to be mailed digital device and signed on the device & no copies of the documents were given to us. I have requested paper copies of all of the docs. to be mailed to me. Also I received a few documents in my email which I did not see nor sign but they have my initials electronically placed on them. They have an incorrect amount for the price of the car & conflicting information on them. When I have time I will ask them to clarify the intent of these 7 pages about tire care & random other repair offerings. More
