He spoke with great knowledge about his product and answered our questions without hesitation. The test drive was one of the most informative ones I've ever experienced because he just didn't sit back and watch, he helped us put the vehicle through its paces and allowed us to see its capabilities. He worked past closing to get our deal done and it wasn't the normal nonsense I've seen in the past. We felt very at ease and appreciated his sincerity and honesty through the process.
