Were to start. In 9/2012 we bought a certified 2010 Chevy Malibu. This was after a very bad time with a 2006 buick that was bought there. Then this Feb. got a call from Midway. They give us so much more then Malibu. This was after a very bad time with a 2006 buick that was bought there. Then this Feb. got a call from Midway. They give us so much more then what the car was worth, no money down payments the same, for a 2013 Malibu. When it sounds to good to be true. It sure wasn't. After some time we gave in an bought a 2013 Malibu. Really a nice car. Then went to do paper work. Was told we were approved to buy the car. Then about 5 days later had a problem with the new car. Took to service. The guy in service told me our deal went south. The service dept told me. No call from the dealer. What a joke. So we get our 2010 Malibu back. After owning the 2010 for one moth the battery died. Thought since it was on bumper to bumper warrenty it be covered. Nope. But when I was up there for a new 2013 was told the battery was covered. After the fact. After I spent the money for a battery. The 2010 Malibu has been to the dealer 3 times since we have bought it. One for battery 2 times oil changes. The last oil change was done on Thursday 3/14/2013. Today I get a post card saying the car is being recalled. Went on internet found the recall went out Sept.2012. So why didn't they tell me when I was there Thursday the car was on recall? Or the time before last? Or before we bought it? More

We traded our '07 Tahoe for a 2012 Traverse. Our Tahoe was within 3 payments of being paid off. It made economic sense to us to trade at this time; finding a '12 Traverse and taking advantage of th Tahoe was within 3 payments of being paid off. I asked my Servide Mgr., Hugh Abbott whom I should see. He recommended Gil Martinez, Special Projects Mgr./Internet Sales Mgr. I have traded vehicles several times, in my life, but this was one of the easiest and simplest transactions I have done. Gil listened to the needs that we had and offered us terms that we felt were desirable. Brandon in Finance found us favorable financing terms and presented warranty options that were understandable and worked out a total payment plan that fit our needs. I believe this is the fourth sales/trade we have done with Midway. We are completely satisfied with all of the folks we have dealt with at Midway Chevrolet. More

Avoid this dealership. Internet sales manager David Camps and his minions made lots of promises, but didn't keep any of them. All for a $100 fix on the vehicle they sold me. Your ratings online already stink. I won't help you. More

Fantastic customer service. Gil is an expierenced dealer who is very knowledgable about his inventory. I have been treated poorly by this dealership several times in the past couple years. This is the closest Chevy Dealership to my home, but I will not use them at all in the future. Today I went into the parts department to get a a/c control switch that had become brittle and broke. I was told that you can't buy that switch, but you can buy the one next to it. I would have to pay for a entire new a/c control panel and have it installed. I asked it the other switch that was available would work where mine was broken, he answer immediately without looking anything up that it would not work. I would have to pay for a 300$ control panel. I left the dealership feeling like most of the experiences I have had with Midway, like someone was trying to take advantage of me.. I thought about it for a minute and pulled the other switch off, compared the two of them. They looked identical, put it inplace of the broken one and everything worked and fit perfectly.. I will be purchasing a new switch, but not from Midway as they are not honest or trustworthy.. I have had similiar experiences when going to this dealership looking at new trucks as well.. Midway must have the worst customer service of any dealership I have ever worked with.. More

We had purchased a Chevy traverse on a three year lease from Midway Chevrolet with some issues. At the two year mark, the dealership called and asked us if we would go into a brand-new lease with the exact from Midway Chevrolet with some issues. At the two year mark, the dealership called and asked us if we would go into a brand-new lease with the exact same payment. I question the exact same payment, and they said absolutely, not one penny more and we'll put you in a 2012 Traverse for a new 3 yr lease. When we arrive, they began wheeling and dealing and not abiding by the promise they made to get us in the door. First they wanted $5000 extra, then we finally got down to $100 more a month when we got very angry at the lie to get us there. We left and went to Buick in Scottsdale who agreed to the deal and put us in a brand-new Buick enclave for the exact payment that we were paying for the Chevy Traverse. It has been one year since we were in there and I get a call from Midway about every three weeks. They want me to come and trade in my traverse lease for a new one. I explain that I would never buy from Midway and to remove my call from their call log. They question why, and I explain in detail that we no longer have the Traverse and we'd NEVER buy from them, ever!!! And then ask them to not call me, that I would never ever ever buy a car because they are liars. And as of two weeks ago, they are still calling. All my begging for them to stop the sales calls go un-listened to. They are desperate to sell you and deceive you.I guess I need to file a harassment suit! More

I recently purchased a new Chevy volt from this dealer and i cannot believe how great their customer service is. Their Volt specialist Gill, knows everything you could ever imagine about this vehicle. i h and i cannot believe how great their customer service is. Their Volt specialist Gill, knows everything you could ever imagine about this vehicle. i have to say i have purchased many vehicles and when it comes time to do paperwork and the walk through im pretty much over it. But Gill was so informative and full of useful information i couldn’t help but stay interested. The most important feeling that came out of my entire experience was that during the entire process Gill actually was excited and you could tell he genuinely loved his job and genuinely cared about us. He is not the kind of sales guy that looks at you and only sees dollar signs if that makes sense. Overall excellent job and i will be back to purchase again from this dealership. More
