The service department informed my wife that the 3rd oil change had expired and that we would have to pay for this oil change. Upon myself returning to the dealership and speaking with Kenny, a great salesman about this and questioning him about being penalized for not driving to many miles each year and being penalized for this that this was poor customer relations. Kenny in turn spoke with the manager about my issues. Midpoint in turn paid for this oil change and tire rotation and also gave my wife a card to show each year for a free vehicle inspection. Great results. More
