total customer service My experience in the beginning was not the best, I live 3-1/2 hours away and wanted to talk about the deal with Patti but this was very painful. As a sales person I felt she should work with her sales manager and talk numbers and details with me, this did not happen. Finally a few days later a sales manager Chris called me and we did talk about the vehicle, details and numbers, I felt better about the dealership at this point. Mark the finance manager also worked with us on warranty and any other questions. they supported making a few changes on offers since we live so far away, this was appreciated. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I really could not believe how long it took us to finish the deal and sign the paperwork at the dealership. I was also disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle, this was a 2018 low mileage vehicle and for the money and being certified I would have thought a little detail would have been done. The bed of the truck had some glue or something way up in the back so as a buyer we would not have noticed this. The inside was dirty, even Patti noticed this when she went over the vehicle with us and was surprised. I know it is used but still a reflection of your dealership. Vehicle even had a smell of smoke maybe from the previous owner. Overall this dealership was very nice and I would return, however I would plan things a little different and hopefully not have to spend hours to close a deal. I would also ask about the vehicle and if it was going to be cleaned so I would know what to expect. More

Another GREAT service experience w/ my Corvette Convertible Shannon (your service writer) and David (your mechanic/technician) are KEEPERS at Midpoint Chevrolet and I hope that management appreciates how COMPET Shannon (your service writer) and David (your mechanic/technician) are KEEPERS at Midpoint Chevrolet and I hope that management appreciates how COMPETENT and honest and friendly and helpful they really are. Shannon and David identified a leak in my Vette Ragtop from the oilpan gasket and found a replacement part in West Virginia which had to be drop shipped overnight. They made it easy for me to leave my car at the dealership overnight and get home and back again without any hassle and they did a terrific repair job. CONTRAST THIS with my recent experience at a LEXUS dealership with my wife’s LX 570, where I went for an oil change and tire rotation. The Lexus repair people only put 6 quarts in the crankcase of the NINE required and it was lucky that I caught their mistake before I drove out of the dealership’s lot. I am confident that the team of Shannon and David, together, at Midpoint Chevrolet, would NEVER make such a mistake. I have been getting my Corvette serviced and repaired at Midpoint by Shannon and David for YEARS and I wouldn’t think of taking it anywhere else. More
