Greatest dealership experience!!! Found a 2007 Mazda 3 on Cars.com, called talked to Alonzo, the best salesperson I ever met, I worked a dealer for 12 years too. Drove 120 miles to dealer to get car. Dealership was clean and very large!! Car was showroom ready and waiting for me to road test, Business manager was even waiting for me! After the deal, the owner of Compass Mazda introduced himself, and thanked me, with a complimentary bottle of wine!! I left there with a awesome feeling like they were really happy for me. Drove home on my full tank of gas they provided and surprised my wife!! Thank you, Would recommend this dealership to anybody!!! More

I've been to several Mazda dealerships and thilled thus far with only Compass working on my CX 7. Excellent customer service and well worth the 50+ mile drive. First let me say we purchased our Mazda CX-9 3 years ago from this dealership. Tony in sales was fantastic! Really nice guy who did not put any pressure on us whatsoever! He is also a very nice, down to earth guy who always looks out for his customers. We've never gone there and felt ripped off. Chris does a great job explaining service issues and waiting time has never been an issue.
