It's impossible to change the past the trick is to do the job right the first time. You guy had six chances to do it right on the prepaid service. You failed two out of six. Those are terrible odds. I would like a 19.95 discount on my next oil change since you refused to rotate tires because of uneven wear. You'll see the notes in service records. I'll never let you guys touch tires again after your mishandling of my prepaid service. After every oil change I have to make sure you put a new oil filter and new oil in because I think there's a chance you'll say you did but really never did. It's very sad for me because before this I thought you guys may have been different.
