I typically avoid large dealers because it feels less personal, but working with her adjusted my perceptions toward large dealerships. You don't find many people in the world that want to do business, but still care about the people they're trying to serve. I have a strong feeling she understands that. After the sell I left a pair of headphones in the building. She was nice enough to locate them and secure them for me until I was able to retrieve them. I am so thankful for that.
