I enjoyed doing business here at Metro Honda with Fernando. There was an issue where I was not given a second key, but he was quickly able to get that resolved. I recently visited the my metrohonda dealer for a recall service on my car, and I must commend them for efficiently addressing the recall. The technical aspect of the service was top-notch, and I left feeli service on my car, and I must commend them for efficiently addressing the recall. The technical aspect of the service was top-notch, and I left feeling assured about my vehicle's safety. However, there's room for improvement in the customer experience. At times, I felt ignored by some service personnel while others assisted different customers. Enhancing customer interaction would contribute to an even more positive overall experience. Overall, I appreciate their commitment to resolving recalls promptly, and I hope they can refine the customer experience for a well-rounded service. More

Too bad the minimal is 1 star. Should've given it negative 5! 2 days of multiple phone calls and text messages confirming the car I was looking for (Civic Type R) was in stock an Should've given it negative 5! 2 days of multiple phone calls and text messages confirming the car I was looking for (Civic Type R) was in stock and available for the test drive. Went for the test drive today - yes, cars are there, but not available for test drive. So why haven't you told me that before? The only impressive part was the amount of xx excuses they came up with - Oh, the guy (David) you originally spoke to is new (like I give a xxxx); Oh, we didn't know, but then it turned out we're not giving this car for test drive; Oh, you have to agree to buy the car _prior_ to test drive; Oh, have to call the owner for permission for the test drive and so on. . Wasted 2+ hours of my time, ~$20 in tolls & gas to get there with 0 result. So, word of warning: Don't waste your time & effort with these clowns, take you business elsewhere! More
