THE SERVICE DEPT WAS GREAT ,THE SERVICE ADVISOR WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ACTUALLY TOOK ME OUT TO MY VECHILE AND SHOWED ME WITH THE TECHNICIAN WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY VECHILE ,BECAUSE MY CAR WAS MAKING A SCREECHI INFORMATIVE ACTUALLY TOOK ME OUT TO MY VECHILE AND SHOWED ME WITH THE TECHNICIAN WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY VECHILE ,BECAUSE MY CAR WAS MAKING A SCREECHING NOISE WHEN I STOPPED.I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARS BUT THEY TOOK THE TIME OUT TO SHOW AND EXPLAIN ALL THE REPAIRS IN A PROFESSIONAL MATTER,ADDRESS MY CONCERNS WERE VERY PATIENT AND FIXED MY BABY NOW ITS RUNNING LIKE NEW AND IM SO HAPPY AND THANKFUL FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.WHILE I WAS WAITING IN THE SERVICE WAITING AREA THEY HAD BAGELS AND COFFEE,FREE WIFI,PLASMA TVS,IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BRING MY CAR IN FOR SERVICES BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW TO KEEP MY CAR RUNNING GREAT. Metro Honda has saved my vacation. When my 2006 Accord stalled out after it was packed for our drive to Florida we called Metro. Thanks to Metro Honda, I was able to get a good lease for a Honda Accord. They worked with me and my wife to fit our budget, gave us a good deal and I never felt pressured. So, they were above board and flexible. In addition, I am now able to save on my car insurance because of some of the features of my current car. Like the prior reviewer said, BEWARE! I came to this dealership through a good price quote over the phone and no other local dealer could match it. When I purchased the car, I was made to wait around f dealership through a good price quote over the phone and no other local dealer could match it. When I purchased the car, I was made to wait around for more than three hours, signing papers here and there, but mostly just waiting while the staff went to the back to talk and smoke cigarettes. When they finally had me sign the loan documents, and after hours of being told how good my credit rating and financial standing were, they sold my loan to a third party (instead of American Honda) without first telling me. This loan had a significantly higher rate of interest and because they had already charged my credit card for the $5,000 down payment, I felt stuck. Then they rushed me through the documentation (this was now late and more than an hour after the dealership "closed") and I later discovered that the last contract they had me sign quoted the sticker price, not the agreed-upon purchase price I negotiated with the salesman and which was quoted on all earlier documentation. They refused to do anything about this saying that the last contract was binding. Legally they are right but this is a very predatory sales tactic and all buyers should be on the look out for this. I would definitely not recommend this dealership - go somewhere else where the sales staff is more honest! More

The sales person does not speak good english-at one point he called my wife crazy because she gave him what she thought the price of the car. When we decided not to buy from that place and we walked out we confronted with the supervisor who tried to talk to us and continue the wheeling and dealing tactics. When we went to our car we found it blocked by other car owned by the dealership and we had to go back to make them move it. bad experience in general. More

Beware !! This dealership gets you in by quoting a lower price and claims to better other dealership quotes. What it fails to mention are the unbelievable amount and number of fees that get added on at the price and claims to better other dealership quotes. WE DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HONEST ..ALL THEY CARE TO LOOK GOOD GET HIGHT SURVEY I would not advise any customers to approach Metro...or if you do, be prepared to be shell a whole lot of money on 'Dealer Fees' !!
