We were in and out of there with our car in less then 3hrs, would have been quicker but husband couldn't make up his mind. My husband doesn't like the hassles or pressure of pushy salesman and the fact that KD doesn't do that is awesome. He truly strives on getting the client what THEY want to ensure they leave happy and satisfied with no regrets. Service Appointment I brought my car in for a couple of minor repairs. I worked with Sandy Ireland and she provided excellent service. This is surely a difficult working environment but the staff seemed to able to provide high quality customer service. More

He quickly determines the proper actions that should be performed by Honda technicians. Joseph explains in a thorough manner everything he is writing up in his service report, including costs. He treats me and my wife with the greatest respect and courtesy. I conclude that he is an employee with the highest level of integrity. I was attended to almost immediately upon my arrival to the service dept. Joseph called me promptly when my car was ready for pick-up. Joseph explained all the relevant coupons, or "specials" which were available for my use on that date, a fact which saved me money. The servicing of my auto and all repairs have always been done there with absolute perfection. I am certain that I gain great value for my money in all the service visits at Metro Honda.
