Your service department did not complete the simply jobs tha I brought my 2019 F250 in for an oil change and tire rotation and a check of an hill start fault. I was told that the hill start fault checked out ok I brought my 2019 F250 in for an oil change and tire rotation and a check of an hill start fault. I was told that the hill start fault checked out ok and no faults were found. My problem is two minor issues but it brings in doubt that the job was done and also the ability to complete the job and know that the job was done right. My oil change monitor system was not reset. the sticker was in the window but it brings in the doubt was the oil change done and did someone just threw on a sticker to push the truck out the door. Tire rotation it appears that the tires did get rotated but the pressure was not adjusted. If the tire were set at the same pressure you can get away with not checking the pressures. But when the recommended pressures are different from front to rear and I check my TPMS and checked with a guage the front tires are now about 10 pounds over inflated and the rear tires are under inflated. I had my previous truck serviced at your shop with no issues at all. I ask what has changed, should I be looking for another service department to service my truck More
