I am very disappointed in the service department, my first time visit with my 3016 Mustang under 10000 miles. When scheduling for a vehicle check and having the extended warranty I was quoted a no charg first time visit with my 3016 Mustang under 10000 miles. When scheduling for a vehicle check and having the extended warranty I was quoted a no charge. Also has the environmental package protection and asked for the paint and cloth roof to be attended to. Upon pick up zI was charged and nothing done for the sap on the paint and cloth roof. Asked for the service manager, Troy came to the cashier window proceded to be very rude and dismissing.. I mentioned being quoted no charge for the look over of the vehicle he said there's a charge we don't look at cars for free, I reluctantly paid the fee, minimal so apparently they took less than 15 minutes to check the vehicle...not so sure anything was actually looked at and Troy was so rude and arrogant...such a poor representation for Metro..thankfully upon speaking with my salesperson he took the vehicle and made sure the exterior work was completed...It looks like Orangevor Latham Ford will be where I go in the future. Due to the poor attitude and service he offe re d through his service department. I also own a Ford F250 that vehicle also won't be going to Metro..... More
