Brought my car in mid August for estimate. Waited 2 weeks for parts Waited 2 more weeks for a scheduled appointment. My car was promised in 3-4 days after we dropped it. It took Metro body shop 15 days to r for parts Waited 2 more weeks for a scheduled appointment. My car was promised in 3-4 days after we dropped it. It took Metro body shop 15 days to repair the car. It was up to the last minute. We called we were coming to pick it up at 4pm. We arrived at 430 and still waited until 515 for them to have it ready. Totally unacceptable and we will never be back. In addition they left a grease staining my seat. More
