Terry: I find it interesting that you choose this forum to reply to me, instead of the contact information I have given you. . It is also interesting that you claim that you have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. I have had to be instigator on every conversation. THere has been nothing but unreturned phone calls/emiails on Wilsonville's part. No reponse, is not a professional response, hense the review. From the beginning, you have chosen to approach this as an "inconvenience". This is, in fact, a case of broken processes that resulted in a totally different deal than we had agreeed upon. Unfortunately, my logistics has made your suggested "oil change solution", and returning to your dealership for redoing the car turnover, inconvenient to execute. I sent you an email to your $800 adjustment with facts that indicate that it is unfair, that went unanswered. . Again, I have always indicated that I recognize that I have no legal standing to demand an adjustment. When you indicate that you value customer satisfaction, but that cannot be done with your unwillingness to address the actual issues and communicate. I am looking for you to assist me in working with the Boise dealer to supplement the items missed on the turnover. (it may not be until January for me to get the car back Portland). I am looking to get more than the offered $800 from the estimated $6000+ profit on the trade-in. Again, my expectation is very low that you and Lithia will do the right.If you don't I feel the market needs to know that fact!
