Mercedes Benz of West Chester was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Mr. Williams and Mr. Johnson, were the most professional folks I have ever worked with. I personally work for a Fortune 25 company and honestly, we could take some pointers from them, on how a customer should be treated. From the mannerisms to the kindness in their hearts through their actions, you knew they were sincere. Our asks were not long, but they found the exact car we wanted, and did not pressure us into buying something on the lot. They let us sleep on it, just to be sure it was what we wanted. Not to mention the only reason we had visited, was due to a hand written letter, Mr. Williams had sent us about our current Mercedes. My wife had considered going from Mercedes to Audi, but after our experience at Mercedes Benz of West Chester, I can honestly say we will buy from them for life, due to this experience. I hope the folks who sit on the board at this dealership read this and understand what these two are doing for your business, and your brand. Without these 2 outstanding gentlemen running your business, I can assure you, there would be an Audi sitting in our driveway. Because of them we are proud owners of a 2017 Mercedes Benz. They are true assets to your company, and they should be recognized for their performance. I come from a company of sales and numbers myself, but there is more to a business than just the monthly results. It is your customer satisfaction scores, and I am giving tens all across the board. Understand what they are doing, and keep doing it. What they are doing, is the right thing. I personally shared this experience in my Monday Morning Sales Meeting with my staff. Our sales associate, Curt Russell, was extremely knowledge about model we were considering even though it was a new introduction for 2017. He was interested in our wants and needs and even helped us build an ideal car on the computer. The Managing Director made a point of introducing himself and saying hi at each visit and the support staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. Kurt was able to find a car that meet our requirements and had it shipped to the West Chester location quickly. Price discussion was professional and fair. I felt both parties were working toward a win-win result. Our experience with Service to date has been excellent. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the experience and the car.
