When I dropped the vehicle off ,there was no shuttle to take me home and she immediately ordered an uber. She also called me ahead of time to schedule an uber to pick me up at home and drop me off at the dealership. More

Bad Communication The whole time my van was at the dealership I never received a phone call back regarding the status.I had to call numerous times to get updates.Turns The whole time my van was at the dealership I never received a phone call back regarding the status.I had to call numerous times to get updates.Turns out they could not find out why the check engine light was on and that part is fine with me sometimes those things happen but the communication from my service person was lousy.I have heard from people that if it is warranty work they do not react to your problem as quick as if you are spending money and now I believe that.I will use the dealership in Riverside next time. More

Exceptional customer service We have used the Mercedes-Benz of Temecula since they opened, and have always been exceptionally pleased with their service of our 2014 ML350. We rec We have used the Mercedes-Benz of Temecula since they opened, and have always been exceptionally pleased with their service of our 2014 ML350. We recently took our car in for its A9 service, and mentioned that the "check engine" light had been on intermittently for quite a while for no apparent reason. Jose Hernandez, our service advisor, was determined to get to the bottom of the issue, and managed to persuade M-B to do a lengthy and costly diagnostic process of determining the cause at no cost to us. Jose was terrific throughout the time they had the car, keeping us informed of the progress made, parts ordered, etc. We were extremely grateful for his attention to our service. More
