Bad Business!!! Bought a used 2016 Lexus Rx 350 a couple months ago. The rear passenger side is squeaking so I set up an appointment to see exactly what’s wrong with it. I had an appointment with Danny Ho a months ago. The rear passenger side is squeaking so I set up an appointment to see exactly what’s wrong with it. I had an appointment with Danny Ho and he passed me off to Nate Jones. I really thought the appointment would only take a couple hours since it is an appointment but Nate Jones said he doesn’t know how long it would take and it could take all day. Well I didn’t plan for that so I told him I need to reschedule. No problem he said, He gave me his business card and said just text me and come around the end of next week and drop it off and I’ll make arrangements for you to get a loaner car while they diagnose the problem and if they need to order the part they would fix it. Well I texted him twice the week after my initial appointment since he said that was the fastest way to get a response and of course no response. So I called the week after that and talked to some lady and she got all my info down and said she would have Nate Jones contact me. Still haven’t heard anything from anyone. Definitely a disappointed customer. Would not recommend to anyone!!! Hopefully the extended warranty I got through them will work at a Lexus dealer. More

In my last 9 car buying (New and Preowned) this was the worst in every corner I compare. This is the BEST service team with which I have worked. I had a nail in my tire on Friday. I was due for service on Monday. They took my car, gave me a loaner and did the service on Saturday. The 120,000 mile service was thorough and gives great peace of mind. When I arrived to drop off the loaner and get my car I was a little early and they weren't open. The person checking in personally went to get my car so me. We LOVE our 2015 GLK 250 Bluetec and want it to go for many more miles. This team helps make that possible. I can't say enough good. Fantastic! More
This is the worst and most dishonest dealership in the WORLD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We bought a used 2017 Maserati Gabelli from them last month (The owner owns both Benz and Maserati). 1. There is a missing part in the trunk when we purchase it. In the contract, they said they would order the missing part in the trunk. They said the part should arrive in a few days after we paid. But it has been a month now, whenever we asked, they just said they ordered and should get in a few days. They cannot provide any info about the order and tracking of that part. it turned out they never ordered it but just kept lying. 2. I only drove 5 times since I bought the car, even below 150 miles. Already found 3 issues. 1. We test drove it and purchase it one week later. The car could not start the first day we bought the car. We literally just stuck on the road side of the dealership. That is the way they did 120 checks and took care of the used car. They promised it was just a battery issue and everything else is fine. We trusted them so we did not return the car. So ironic that they said they did over 100 checks before selling the car but not even make sure the car can start or not. They explained that the car just needs to replace the battery and everything else is fine. We trusted them so we let them fix the car the first day we bought it. 2. We found the head rest on passenger side won’t go up, but since this is a small issue, we did not complain it. 3. it is just within a month, we only drove 5 times and not even 150 miles. We found another serious problem: The heater did not work! We never tested it because it was hot when we bought the car. They did not check, or they did check but not even tell us! It was made in 2017, not that old, and we paid 40k so not a cheap one. If you did not check the car before selling, please don’t say you did over 100 checks before selling the car. We relied on the information you provided to make the purchase. But It turned out False advertisement & misrepresentation is an auto dealer fraud! More
