BEWARE OF THE THIEVES BEWARE OF THE THIEVES. If you are looking to buy a luxury Mercedes this is not the place to purchase. My wife and I purchased a 2018 E-63 S AMG First BEWARE OF THE THIEVES. If you are looking to buy a luxury Mercedes this is not the place to purchase. My wife and I purchased a 2018 E-63 S AMG First Edition pre owned with 6k miles for $105,000.00. The car new was $140,000.00 We have owned the E-63 for a year and it has less than 10k miles on it, still in new condition. Went to trade the car in and was offered $70,000.00. So Mercedes of South Orlando is saying this car in 2 model years with 2020 models just coming out has lost 50% of its MSRP value. When we ask why so low of an offer, I was told by their GM Dominic that it cost them $16,000.00 to certify the car as pre owned. Now I personally own single cars that cost in excess of 300k and it doesn’t cost anywhere near that to certify them for sale. When I spoke to a friend of mine who is a GM for a luxury car brand, he stated the same. I was being fed a line of BS. This dealership is friendly and truly seems to care about you as a customer, but don’t let that fool you. Once they hook you. They will look for anyway they can to make as much money off you as possible through any lie or misleading information they can give you. Dominic the GM at Mercedes of South Orlando even tried to tell me they offered 74k for the car, but luckily the sales manager I was dealing with at the other dealership had the text they sent only offering 70k which he showed me. Again we caught them in more lies. The general manager finally told us if we purchased another car through them that he could do a lot better on the trade. I was trading the car because my 20 year old son wanted something a little sporty more 20 ish for his age. So Dominic had one of his sales guys call me. They knew this was for a 20 year old kid. They sent me the window sticker for a 488 Ferrari that they were asking well over 300k for. I love my son but would not buy him a 300k sports car. As I am sure most parents would not. So why send a car of that caliber to a possible customer for their kid. Are there no honest businesses out there anymore? Are the days of trying to build a relationship with a business a thing of the past? Not that we are better than anyone else but, you would think a car dealership and brand like Mercedes would want to keep a customer like myself. In the last 2 years I have purchased and sold well over 1 million dollars in automobiles. Needless to say I learned my lesson with this one and will never recommend or do business with South Orlando Mercedes again. PS: Don’t purchase their VIP program that they try to upsell you on. It has been a total waste of money. Save yourself the 4k or so they charge for it. More

On initial inspection I was informed that I also needed new front tires and accepted that. I was told the car would be remade next day by lunchtime. I was also told I'd get regular updates and offered a Lyft to get me home. This dealer doesn't offer loaners unless you buy the car from them. I my case I have tried to buy a car there three times and been given a poor experience each time. So the next morning having heard nothing from my service advisor I called and left a message. I called again having received no response and then a third time having still had no contact. Just before mid day I called and got through and was told they were just finishing up the tires and he'd call me when it was done. With no further contact and response I went to the dealer around 4pm. It turned out that my attentive service advisor had left for the day at 1pm. Someone found the details and arranged to get my car brought to me. I was told it would be out front. So I went there, in the end it was actually brought to the service entrance. On getting in I noticed the service display was still up and the tires had unbalanced and incorrect pressures. I went to inform the service manager of the situation. He didn't offer anything to rectify it and frankly I can go fill the tires myself. Note that my wife was looking replace her Escalade with a new GLS but given this thinks she'll just stick with the Caddy. Frankly I've had better service from Infiniti, BMW and Cadillac. As customer experience goes this is a pretty epic failure. Thankfully there are two more dealers not too far away that provide alternatives. The car is fantastic but the dealer experience was very poor. Two stars because the service and warranty work seems to have been done well by the mechanic Michael Collazo. The tire replacement was not done properly and Overall experience from the services manager Anthony Digregorio was poor. Poor enough that I’ll use a different dealer in future. More

They are greatly missed!! Gone through a few advisors after they left! My new advisor is Tony, he's good and tries to help as much as he can. I've always had issues and problems when I receive my car back from being serviced. My car is a 2013 with only 30k miles and kept very clean. inside and out. ( even the advisors comment on it) Many times I would received my care back with food in it, straws, screws, gum wrappers, dirty shoe prints, wires hanging under neath dash board, etc and dirtier than when I brought it in. (had pics and brought in bags of trash to show advisors). Recently ( Oct.1st 2019),I brought my car in for service cuz engine light came on. They found problem and had it fixed with extended warranty. However, when I went to pick up my car, there was a huge dent on my passenger side door and a scratch on my gas tank that was not there before. ( cars are parked so close to each other) Showed it to Tony ( my advisor ), left it there to be fixed and asked for a full show room detailed ( I was paying for the detailed). When I went to pick up my car on Monday Nov 4th, got there at 11:15AM, it was very disappointing!! My husband and I waited and waited for our car. Finally we walked outside and watched another 30 mins while every other car was getting washed but ours. We had to go tell the guys to hand wash our car since we have been waiting for over an hour. Mean while, we watched a tile company who was doing their renovations was cutting tiles 3 feet from car wash entrance and pieces of tiles were flying everywhere getting on peoples cars. Finally our car was done and brought to us! They fixed the dent but did NOT fix the scratch, put correct air pressures in tires or did full detailed it like they were supposed to. Showed it to Tony and saw it wasn't detailed so he refunded us. It's now 3:00pm and we just wanted to leave! My husband and I was really annoyed that they tried to pass it of that it was fully show room detailed when everything I left in car was the same but car's dirtier. We also bought a brand new 2018 GLC300 with only 68 miles on it from them last year in May! Our salesperson was great but manager Mo was rude, really insulting to us, especially me and we almost walked out. When my husband brought it in for servicing, they left waxed on black trim for 3 days and it won't come off. He spoke to detail guys and manager but nothing was done and it's still there to this day. They can't get it off and told my husband " you can look stuff on line to see how to get wax off!" What kind of VIP service is this?? We're afraid to even bring our cars there for service after so many bad incidents and NOT caring about they way they treat customers cars! I watched many times where the porters sped really fast over bumps and took curbs like they're race car drivers with a customers cars. At one point I ran after them to slow down with my car and now leave notes in our cars when I bring them in for services! My family has always owned Mercedes but this dealership has gone downhill for the past few years and don't seem to care about their customers at all! They make excuses and lie to your face about what's going on with your car. We've spoken to many customers while there and they all say the same things. Once again, it's NOT Tony's fault, he has been good to us and tried to handle things to the best of his abilities. It's just very disappointing that the name Mercedes doesn't mean anything anymore at this dealership. We are truly afraid to bring our cars in for service anymore, especially the way we were treated the last few times and afraid that they will retaliate for this review! But it's the truth and same issues on cars hasn't been fixed even though we were told they are fixed! Really disappointed with the service but also grateful for the few staffs that cares! Hopes this dealership steps up!!!! More

Worst experience ever!!! Worst service experience I have ever had. I was greeted quickly but after waiting forever, I never even talked to assigned advisor. I had to seek some Worst service experience I have ever had. I was greeted quickly but after waiting forever, I never even talked to assigned advisor. I had to seek someone out to help me and check the car in. I Advised the man that I had air noise on the driver side of the vehicle and I felt that the roof seals were loose or needed to be fixed to prevent air noise. My car at this time had approx 48,500 miles on it. They had my car for 3 days and I had to call each day to get an update. No one bothered to contact me. When I picked up the car my advisor needed to be paged and I waited again. Once he finally met me at his desk , I was told they could find nothing wrong with the car and no road or air noise that was out of the ordinary. I got in my car and headed home. Once on the highway the noise sounded worse but I thought I’d give it a week and see. I arrived home and when getting out of my car I noticed grease all over driver side door and frame of the vehicle plus on the upper window. I should have taken pictures but I didn’t or did I call and complain. Decide to let it go even though the Interior is tan and it took a long time to get grease off. I had a trip with friends planned that week and I had to go out of town...... I drove to Miramar Beach in a down pour with high winds and the car started (small leak) leaking by the trim where the window meets the trim on drivers side. The car at this time was 49,991 miles, I even took a picture of odometer. Still under factory warranty. I was gone for a week, drove home and set up an appt with Mercedes Benz to take another look at the drivers side seals due to water leak and air noise.... car at this time was at 51,050 miles. Basically, Brian took the car in on Friday at 12. He told me they wouldn’t be able to look at the car until Monday. I sent Brian a text late afternoon on Monday, nothing. Still had heard nothing by late Tuesday afternoon so I texted him again and tried calling him, went straight to voicemail. Finally, I got a text stating he was checking on the car. Wednesday morning I called, reached Brian and I was told that the service department never messed with any of the seals on the previous visit (which was under warranty)and they would not be able to fix the leak. However, Brian stayed he was going to talk to his service manager, Glenn again. Heard nothing from Brian until 8pm Wednesday night by text stating that he was off on Thursday and was still trying to get service manager to do something regarding air noise and leak. Tried calling Brian immediately after text, got voicemail. Texted him to ask what exactly have they been doing with my car for last 6 days and what they were doing to determine leak noise issue. No response. Thursday morning, I called to talk to service manager, Glenn. I received his voicemail. I called back and asked to have him paged. He didn’t answer but I talked to a gentleman who told me Glenn was not available but he’d call me back. Three hours later, no call back. At this point, I was completely frustrated and tired of getting the run around. I went to MB to pick up my car and asked for Glenn. I was told that Glenn was not available, that they could do nothing with my car because it was no longer under warranty, even though I brought it in for the same issue before the factory warranty was up????? And on top of that I owed a diagnostic charge- really?? I explained to the gentleman everything I’d been through in the last week and he was very nice and apologetic but was unable to help me. So I took my car back, refused to pay a dime for service and left- ugh!!!! Save yourself an absolutely horrible experience and never go to this dealership. I’ve had many vehicles, Cadillac, Ford, Honda and Lexus vehicles and always received superior service. I’ve always been able to give excellent reviews until now. This Mercedes Benz dealership is completely lacking in all ways compared to any service I received in the past. So very sad and honestly disgusting considering the cost of my 2017 Mercedes Benz E400 convertible. Truly a pathetic service department!!!! More
