I signed papers to purchase a CLA 250 and trade in my car, on 10/31/2020, and as of 12/1/2020 my trade in has still not been paid off. Now the original lender has dinged our credit for a late payment si car, on 10/31/2020, and as of 12/1/2020 my trade in has still not been paid off. Now the original lender has dinged our credit for a late payment since MB Seattle has not paid off the loan. I would not recommend this dealer and will not do business here again. It is not the same since Phil Smart no longer owns this dealer. I have had my credit rating harmed, and have made 3 calls to get this corrected and no one has returned my calls. If you do decide to do business here you must make very sure that if you trade in your car that this dealer pays it off as promised in your transaction so you too do not suffer damages as a result of a harmed credit rating. More
Amazing to discover that this dealership offers mobile service! Their coordinator for this, Jacob, was wonderful. I had a recall and also a Service that was overdue. If you roll onto the lot and see a SUPER BAD xxx Sprinter with a safari rack, that's his personal vehicle. He knows what he's doing and is one of the most wonderful and kind individuals that I have had the pleasure to work with. By far the best buying experience I've had at a luxury dealership. Sam is Keith's clean-up hitter on the paperwork side. Again, another incredible asset to have on your side, very knowledgeable on the services available and straight-shooter on what you can expect to have come up and where your value will rest in the post-purchase services. Unrelated to Keith and Sam, while we were there it was OVERLY APPARENT the sales staff on the floor DID NOT CARE ABOUT COVID. A group of employees was clustered together at the reception desk with masks on their chins acting like it was a completely normal thing to do. We were informed that there had been multiple emails sent to staff about the importance of wearing masks at all times and it's clear that the general sales staff simply do not respect other humans, period. At one point a sales member sat at a desk near where we were standing in the front of the sales floor (trying to get away from the COVID cluster at the main desk), picked up the phone to make a call, and then removed their mask like it was completely normal. This forced us outside in the decently chilly weather because it was ABUNDANTLY CLEAR the general sales staff is not concerned about the health and safety of anyone. More
I had never been to this dealership before, as I just acquired my Mercedes (used) and it was subject to the recall to replace faulty airbags. Since this was Mercedes, I had high expectations but the ser acquired my Mercedes (used) and it was subject to the recall to replace faulty airbags. Since this was Mercedes, I had high expectations but the service department was extremely busy and perhaps as a result it seemed quite chaotic and disorganized. My service advisor was good, although another rep said I couldn't get shuttle service although Riley had promised it. The service itself was performed well but the overall experience was disappointing because I had expectations for a 5-star experience. . More
Jason Kim was excellent. He answered all our questions and worked with ¹us to make a deal. They are THE BEST in WA STATE!!! William Bellecourt is superior. Service is super and fast. Service in Lynwood or Bellingham is horrible. I have to drive all the way to Seattle (~2 hours one way) to ge superior. Service is super and fast. Service in Lynwood or Bellingham is horrible.
