This is now the fourth car I have Bought from Emi Balan at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. He is simply the best! Emi called me the moment he knew a GLE 63s AMG coupe was on its way (only one). My family got 1st class service from the time we contacted the sales team over the phone. We highly recommend "Josia" to help you in your journey to finding the right vehicle with them. Josia found the car I wanted to test drive (GLS 450, 3rd row SUV) and was ready for us despite calling in on the spot from their parking lot and being busy. He immediately went outside to introduce himself to us and was very respectful of our time. He moved really quickly and got the vehicle ready for us less than 15 minutes despite no appointment. When we got to the vehicle, he educated us on what makes Mercedes Benz stand apart - from the exterior to the interior features. He emphasized strongly on all the safety sensors and features being that we are a family of 2 little ones with the 3rd on the way in a couple months. He let both me and my husband test drive the vehicle while he was with us in the vehicle continually educating us. Needless to say we came by to test drive but at the end of the night we were ready to sign the dotted line because of Josia's excellent "superhero" abilities and personal communication skills. We had to unfortunately walk away without signing that night because with the total out the door price, I wanted to check for a different color vehicle elsewhere. The next day Josia called me to check on how I was. He worked over the night and all morning to help us come to a common ground with the sales managers. He honestly brought it home for us without ever making us feel pressured, again he was a very respectful and humble type of person. Big mention also to the financing superstar "Kelly". She was very patient with us and explained each document and charges line by line. She continued to work with us over the phone to get the contract and got us adjusted to an amazing rate we won't find anywhere for a used vehicle. She is also very respectful and smart. She took care to explain all the details in the contract we did not even think about. Again, despite being so busy also she communicated over the phone and email with me to complete the loan contract. I would say we went from not knowing anything Mercedes Benz to now owning one because of (sales) Josia' superhero like abilities and (finance) Kelly' detail oriented attention and lightning skills with the contract. Also worth mentioning, the vehicle was spotless and shiny when we took it home. He overheard a conversation me and my husband had about a big red bow on the car is missing since this was my husband's gift to me. He showed up in the end with a big red bow and took our family picture in front of our new family car. See what I mean when I said superhero skills? There is just too many positives with our experience with this dealership to write here. And we look forward to working with them for years to come. Background on me: Small Asian 5ft tall, very picky moody 6.5 months pregnant with 2 little ones. This dealership made me happy and help me get my dream car. The GLS 450 was my perfect car for my petite size, short legs and growing family. With all the sensors and safety features my husband said it is enough to convince him so I won't run over curbs or back up to anything anymore! This dealership gave us 1st class experience from start to finish! More

Recently have a battery service, the service advisor was selling a trickle charger which should be a good option to have especially during this pandemic era. Paying $340 for parts and service, I personally selling a trickle charger which should be a good option to have especially during this pandemic era. Paying $340 for parts and service, I personally would expect something more professional like our other Maserati which installed in the back of the trunk. At the time of the pickup, the service advisor actually couldn’t find where it’s installed. After 2 days (after vacation or sth), they answered back it’s located underneath the front wipers and inside the hood. The advisor states that’s the area make most sense to be installed with. I wouldn’t install if I know it’s not in protected area in the first place. Besides if I need to open the hood why wouldn’t I just put that two wires to connect with the charger instead. Of course make more sense to install the plug right next to the battery, I see the technician point, but usability and use case are contributing nothing to the price point. I make this post for feedback purpose, so anyone please correct me if I am being unfair of my point and should pay the $230 labor to install that wire right next to the battery. I am upset with this particular service but had good experience with the previous service department manager Patrick Hannessey. It’s not worth the money to install in that area and explanation doesn’t make sense. Pls anyone let me know what u think. More

I wanted to change something on the contract I signed on the same day once I left the car lot. I called for three days and could not get anyone to help me. On the fourth day I was finally contacted by the d the same day once I left the car lot. I called for three days and could not get anyone to help me. On the fourth day I was finally contacted by the dealership but it was to late to make the change. I talked to the sales manager and the GM. This was very disappointing . The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want a Mercedes but it at a dealership other than Mercedes of Seattle More
