Took my car in for tires. Was 5 minutes late to appointment due to weather. Waited almost 30 minutes for advisor and was then told he didn't think he could find anyone to put Was 5 minutes late to appointment due to weather. Waited almost 30 minutes for advisor and was then told he didn't think he could find anyone to put the tires on my car because it was close to lunchtime. I've made another appointment but I'm not sure what to expect. In addition I'm waiting for a manager to contact me because I have a quote for tires from MB which is different than the price the advisor gave me. I'm a little frustrated at this point. More

I have to re-word my review because things changed rapidly at the dealership and I was not informed. I paid for Cilajet paint and I was offered all weather mats, and I got neither in 4 months.
