Dealing with Alex, the entire process was a pleasure and no pressure at all. I have been leasing from well-known Mercedes dealerships in NJ and NYC and never experienced such courtesy, professionalism and respect for the customer but only from Alex Shaparin. I called for a quote over the phone with my specifications and he gave me a price that I knew was competitive but never once did he pressured me to go to the dealership or used those non-stop phone calls to make a sale.
