After having my car for multiple days for service that I was told would last a day, I picked up my car to find two things were not completed. The team did a great job on my car, and it was sparkling clean to boot. However, I was a bit disappointed that when I scheduled my visit I said I would wait in the lobby and was told that it would take 5 ho clean to boot. The car didn’t get touched until at least 5 hours after my appointment time and is was done 20-30 minutes later. More

I came in on a factory recall on my vehicle. In fact there were two recalls and one of them I had just called MZB to find out what it was about. They told me to go to my dealer and get on a list for fu there were two recalls and one of them I had just called MZB to find out what it was about. When I arrived and told the man greeting me and taking possession of my car he had no idea of the recall and had no intelligent advice. I told him what I had done and my conversation via MZB and showed him the mailer I received yet he still had no idea of what to do or say. He made no attempt to look into it and left me hanging with no progress or direction to go. I felt this to be very poor representation by this dealer and this personnel. I think I am being generous by giving a two star rating. I am very disappointed. More
