I should start by saying that I decided to buy a Mercedes because of the wonderful sales experience when i first walked into the dealership. They were so friendly and professional, no pressure, and took tim because of the wonderful sales experience when i first walked into the dealership. They were so friendly and professional, no pressure, and took time to help me find exactly what i wanted. When i picked up my car, again, gladly spent as much time as i needed for orientation. That was four years ago and i’ve had it serviced there as scheduled and always, always, done on time, as promised, really clean car, and friendly and professional service department. There are lots of nice cars out there but I love my SLC 43 AMG and love the Mercedes dealership in Portland. When it comes time to trade it in for an electric car, you bet i will stay with Mercedes-Benz of Portland. More

The service was fine. My rep was pleasant. However scheduling the appointment was xxxx. I had to call 6 times. Several times nobody answered the phone or responded to my voicemail. I had questions about the service and the person who answered the phone could read fro her script so I requested to speak with a service rep. I never received a return call (this happened twice). Finally I decided to bring the car in and discuss then. Next time this happens i will bring my car to wilsonville Mercedes. I have purchased to vehicles from this dealership and have always been treated well but this is there last time I will spend time trying to schedule an appointment. More
