Service was timely and satisfactory. However, I could not get through to service techs multiple times to schedule and had to leave a message which took multiple days to respond to. My assigned service manage get through to service techs multiple times to schedule and had to leave a message which took multiple days to respond to. My assigned service manager was only semi responsive and completely didn’t respond to a request for airbag replacement that I sent 10 days in advance. I encountered resistance getting a loaner when I never have received such treatment at Lexus. All in all, I got the general impression of being considered more as an afterthought than a customer by the whole process. While professional, I felt like I was treated more as an inconvenience than a paying customer. Not terribly impressed. More

The problem I brought my car in for was addressed. But I also had a warning light showing that a headlight was out. I would have thought they would have told me about this light and asked if I wanted them t also had a warning light showing that a headlight was out.
