Scheduled the service when I wanted & explained what would be done during the service and why it was needed. A shuttle ride was offered which I didn’t require but was nice to have the option. The service department seems much less organized than past years. Appointment was online and convenient. At arrival waited 15 minutes for “paperwork “ to be completed. When I picked up the car two hours past years. Appointment was online and convenient. At arrival waited 15 minutes for “paperwork “ to be completed. When I picked up the car two hours after promised my car was not properly washed,radio on very loud and seat not returned as dropped off. Not much professionalism as in the past. More
