Good, honest service for my Mercedes. They told me the cost upfront and they checked everything while it was there. I didn’t know how to work something on my Mercedes’ (that I purchased elsewhere) compute cost upfront and they checked everything while it was there. I didn’t know how to work something on my Mercedes’ (that I purchased elsewhere) computerized dash and they brought someone from the sales department to show me how it works. Not good at communicating that you were closed on Saturday’s. Very inconvenient for people out of town and work all week. Was not told this and the car was damaged by tow truck driver.
