I brought my Mercedes E320 to R&H for service and decided instead to purchase another car since my current car had over 100K miles on it. Both Lisa and Andre' have always provided me with outstanding and exc instead to purchase another car since my current car had over 100K miles on it. Both Lisa and Andre' have always provided me with outstanding and exceptional customer service on the the service and repair of my Mercedes and I am sure that they will continue to do so on my new (used) E350. I purchased my current Mercedes E350 from Steve Kil with the assistance of Cedrich since Steve was new to R&H at the time. Both provided me with the same outstanding and professional customer service. Steve was friendly and knowldegeable and quickly helped me determine which car would best fit my needs. More important than this is the fact that Steve is honest and conducts himself with the highest level of integrity and stands behind his word. Since it was dark by the time everything was finalized with my new/used car and I was tired, I didn't really check the car as throughly as I should have. In the light of day the next morning I found some things that needed to be addressed with the car so I called Steve who told me not to worry as everything would be taken care of. We scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me to bring the car back. I have to admit that I was a little concerned since everything had already been finalzied and it was, after all, a used car. I cannot express enough just how wonderful Steve was in taking care of all of my concerns. When I brought the car in for my scheduled appointment not only did Steve take care of virtually all of my concerns but he had a new Mercedes available for me to use while they were doing so. This is the second Mercedes E class that I have purchased from R&H and I will most definately request that Steve Kil assist me with the purchase of my third when the time comes! More

I have been a customer of R and H since 1993 and have never had a bad experience in either sales or service. I had to bring my car in for a quick repair and the parts were expedited by Rob and Tim. John who runs service made sure either Lisa or April was available to write the order and oversee the repair. They were both there to help not only schedule the car but set up a free loaner. Zack did the repair with his usual expertise and the car runs great. My car is an AMG and I have high expectations for it and will only allow R and H to work on it. I know there are AMG Centers around my State, but I have no need to go out of my way when Zack and Rob can handle any issue that arises. More

Michael had the exact car I wanted in stock and ready to go. He even offered to find a car and bring it in on his dime. Sale transaction, even with a lease, was flawless and everyone involved handled the process smoothly and accurately. I will be seeing Michael again in the near future to purchase the new E-Class. I bought 4 tires and had them installed on my 2007 ML 500 in December 2008. We had a blow out on one of the tires. When we were unable to get the lug nut off, we went to a local auto shop who was also unable in December 2008. We had a blow out on one of the tires. When we were unable to get the lug nut off, we went to a local auto shop who was also unable to get the lug nut off and indicated that it was torqued too tight. There were able to finally remove it, but the lug broke off in the wheel assembly. R and H was all about saying that the damage repair would be around 1300.00 and would willingly put this in writing when they thought that the tires were purchased somewhere else. When they learned that they were purchased from their dealership and that their repair shop was responsible for too much torque applied, they "suddenly" didn't agree that it was the torque that was the problem...Of course!! We were hung with the bill!!! Buyer Beware. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER go there again and will encourage anyone that I know or meet to stay away from them!!! More
If there is a dealer that Mercedes Benz should pull, its this one... they are overpriced and poor quality of customer service. Poor communications are their specialty.
