This dealer stole our 2,600$ winter tires stored there over winter.. First they were “lost” then they said we “ abandoned “ them because we didn’t use them previous winters due to serious illness and our over winter.. First they were “lost” then they said we “ abandoned “ them because we didn’t use them previous winters due to serious illness and our lack of using car/need. Owner told us “sorry” but unwilling to compensate us due to we just sold the car!!!! Previous letters and reviews were not printed here. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN'T FIX ANY THING. NOTHING! I'VE TAKEN MY 2018 300E IN FOR PROBLEMS AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS YET TO SUCCESSFULLY FIX ANY THING.
