Finally, a car salesman I can trust. I was recommended to JR and this dealership by a friend. He said to ONLY deal with JR. At first I was told he was gone. But I went in, there he was and the rest is to JR and this dealership by a friend. He said to ONLY deal with JR. At first I was told he was gone. But I went in, there he was and the rest is history. I will definitely be back to get a car for my son and my wife will need a car next year. Because of JR, we will be Mercedes customers from now own. Sold me a certified car with transmission problems. The car tire had a bubble on the side and the console buttons stuck.They even lied to me about putting new tires on every car they certify. Right.. I was buying a certified mercedes for peace of mind. Turns out I could just as well have bought a trade in mercedes from a chrysler dealer and have the same luck. Used car dealers will always be the one of the lowest professions on earth. But I expected something better from a Mercedes dealer. More
