I've been dealing with this Dealership and Charles Cohen for the past three years. I feel like they are my family at this point. They're not trying to rush you or sell you, they only want to help you make the best decision for yourself and situation and they'll do anything to facilitate that outcome. This was my first MB purchase and I shopped around to a few local locations before meeting with Bob Reardon of MB Huntington. From start to finish Bob was extremely helpful ( its been 2 months now since I few local locations before meeting with Bob Reardon of MB Huntington. From start to finish Bob was extremely helpful ( its been 2 months now since I first drove the car off the lot and I still continue to correspond with Bob as he strives to ensure I am satisfied). Not only do I LOVE the car and have no issues with my E550 pre-owned coupe, but I have never experienced service of this caliber. Bob went as far as to fight with management to hold the car for me for almost TWO MONTHS while I closed on my mortgage and his bosses thought I was giving him the run around!! Bottom line, I love the car and I never felt pressured with Bob. He gave me his honest opinion on options and warrentys and treated me as a friend as opposed to a commission check. So long as I continue to buy MB I will buy them with Mr. Bob Reardon at MB of Huntington NY. Well done, sir. More

I previously had a C280 4Matic and was very happy with the performance and value of that car. When I began looking at other models, I started by looking at the CLS line. I was not able to find anything I liked sufficiently enough to purchase one. Terrance then showed me the CLS model I eventually purchased. It incorporated all the features I was looking for during my search, and was in excellent condition as determined by my own mechanic during his inspection of the car. Terrance was, and has always been extremely professional in my dealings with him as well as honest and forthright. As someone who has been a sales manager in the past, the one area I always stressed was that my salesman must exhibit integrity, otherwise they will lose credibility with the customers. Having visited most of the Mercedes Dealers in NY, I have to say MB Huntington was hands down the best. I received an excellent price and a professional and polite attitude from a very knowledgeable person. This is the second MB I have leased from JR and I can assure you I will no longer look elsewhere in the future.
