Craig Hironaka is caring, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does, and I can trust him explicitly. To me, he's been like family over the years. Well, our C320 finally gave out and we purchased a new Mercedes from Howard Bishop. Again, a very knowledgeable and trustworthy person, who didn't try to pressure us at all. He simply provided us with all the facts and options and let us decide whether it was in our interest to purchase a new vehicle or not. I really liked that. More

Even though this Mercedes E320 is a 2003 model it is treated like a new car. Even though I purchased my other 2014 Mercedes, SLK55 AMG from another dealer Jeff handles it with kid gloves.
