Quick/easy transaction Although I live closer to two other Mercedes dealers, it didn’t seem the other MB dealerships in my area wanted to do business, so I gave MB of Gilber Although I live closer to two other Mercedes dealers, it didn’t seem the other MB dealerships in my area wanted to do business, so I gave MB of Gilbert a try. Sales: I worked with Milton. Not overly friendly at first but I didn’t want a new friend, I wanted to buy a car. Milton gave me space, quick answers to questions, and in general was truly professional. No games, very straightforward. Finance: I worked with Christian. He was definitely a fun person for this part of the purchase. He moved quickly and I came out with the car and payment I wanted with little grief. Each deal is unique and it’s clear Christian is focused on benefiting his employer, but also kept my needs in mind. Games were played on the balance sheet with my trade value, changing from Milton’s office to Christian’s, and this really exacerbated my initial buyer’s remorse. Service: I worked with Val. Although brand new, I had to take the car in for tint. Val was courteous and informative and the tint looks great. They worked around my schedule and it reinforced my decision to work with this dealership. I’ve already referred a friend of mine there and although the dealership didn’t have something specific in their inventory, their feedback of the dealer experience was in congruence with mine. More
