Finally the young man at the service check-in, ( I wish I had remembered to get his name) Fixed my service problem within minutes of me driving up. Very helpful in maneuvering me through the complexities of that software display. Great people here. More

James let us look at our pace, drive a few cars and worked for us to get the best deal. I understand that they are in the business of making money, and they did...but it was a fair process. This is not service that you would accept from Mercedes Benz they don't have Mercedes class service. They take your car for service but no clear communication what so ever, they are happy to have your mon Benz they don't have Mercedes class service.
