Limited communication and follow up from the dealer. The intake person, Andy, was very good although he was just filling in because people didn't show up for work. I just took it in because the check engine light came on. Texting picture of the underside of the car and a nail in the tire that wasn't evident and sending a video in a text just doesn't seem to be the type of service I expect from a Mercedes dealer. More

The service team (Nicholas Cross) did an INCREDIBLE job fixing my car and ensuring my after-market warranty covered the expense. However, the sales team at this location is slimy and will try to sell you o fixing my car and ensuring my after-market warranty covered the expense. I don't think I will ever purchase a car from this location, but will certainly work with the service department again. More
