I truly can’t say enough great things about Julie and the entire team at Mercedes-Benz. From beginning to end, this was hands down one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. What stood out more than anything was how personal the entire experience felt. Everyone seemed to know who I was and made a point to welcome me — literally down to the gentleman washing the car. You just don’t find that level of personal service very often anymore. Julie, my sales professional, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond from the very beginning, including personally picking me up at the airport. She made the entire process incredibly easy, smooth, and enjoyable. Nick in finance was also fantastic. He took the time to clearly explain all of the additional protection packages and options available without making the process feel pressured or rushed. Larry, the General Manager, personally came over to greet me shortly after I arrived and even gave me an AMG hat to celebrate the purchase of my C63 S. The Used Car Sales Manager also made a point to come over and congratulate me and gave me a couple of AMG keychains. Those might seem like small things, but they speak volumes about the culture at this dealership and how they treat their customers. From the moment I arrived until I drove away in my new AMG, I felt like a valued customer rather than just another sale. The attention to detail, professionalism, hospitality, and genuine excitement from the entire team made purchasing this car feel like the special experience it should be. Julie and the entire team have absolutely earned my business going forward. This will be my go-to Mercedes-Benz dealership from here on out, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a truly first-class Mercedes-Benz buying experience.
