My regular service advisor was promoted and transferred to another Ray Catena dealership. Since this was the first time I was working with Chad Kaplan, I was somewhat apprehensive. However, as soon as I me to another Ray Catena dealership. Since this was the first time I was working with Chad Kaplan, I was somewhat apprehensive. However, as soon as I met him I knew I was in good hands. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
