Mistreating Iraq War Veteran My husband and I have been buying Mercedes for over 30 years from Palm Beach dealer so decided to buy with this dealership instead and turn out great. My husband and I have been buying Mercedes for over 30 years from Palm Beach dealer so decided to buy with this dealership instead and turn out great. I told our son who is a Iraq war veteran to go there to purchase a vehicle instead of the Palm Beach dealer he did but unfortunately could not keep the vehicle because of financial issues. He purchase extra coverage on the vehicle and suppose to get his money back but for the last 5 months been dealing with finance manager Scott Boukzam giving him the run around on giving him the money back they owe him. I have called and left a message and not getting any answer from the one we purchased our vehicle from Loxley Thorpe . When you mistreat a war veteran and especially our son the way they have we will not be purchasing another vehicle at this dealership again. More

Very poor customer service Paid to get a new key 🔑 same day turned off car and key was never able to fit in at all. Towed it back there they charged me to “diagnosed” it.
