Allen was great with scheduling and communication regarding what was needed for my vehicles. I was a little disappointed that the service technician recommended a very expense transmission service a regarding what was needed for my vehicles. I was a little disappointed that the service technician recommended a very expense transmission service at 16,000 miles but he missed the warning light for washer fluid. I would have paid for the washer fluid, but I didn't feel the transmission service was needed. They were good to point out that my prepaid service would expire before my lease expired so I needed to schedule the maintenance earlier than needed. More
