Never in all my car-buying years have I seen such competence in the final stages of purchasing or leasing cars. She's been a real pro time after time. Toney Pinero has been my salesperson there for some time. He's knowledgable, straightforward and doesn't have that "snake-oil-salesman-persona" so common with people in his line of work. I like his no xx approach. More importantly, even though I have consistently purchased the brand's more-affordable models, I think I get the same attention he gives his bigger players. I also trust him. Example? My last two deals were arranged primarily over the phone. He delivers. I'd also like to add that do not live in this dealership's area any longer. Gave the ones in my locale a few shots at my recent re-lease but Toney hit me with a killer deal. So the long drive to Clearwater was no problem. Also, none of the other dealers have Karen. So there! This is the first time I purchased a vehicle without my father who is deceased. The experience was just unbelievable. Mr. Joe Rivere is an awesome sales person. He listens very carefully and he is not pushy or overly aggressive. He hand carried me through the whole care buying process what quick and painless. Karen Williams the financial wizard gave me outstanding customer service. She explained every piece of paper I had to sign and she did not try to rush me and she was comical. Jason was the motivator between the Joe and Karen. I enjoyed speaking with him although I did not meet him. I dig these guys I had a great experience at Lokey. I stopped in looking for a late model, low mileage MB. Bill Ashe spent some time to help me hash out what I really wanted. I was a little defensive because I thought he was going to just try to convince me I wanted something they had. He did not. We went out to the lot and both agree that they did not have something that met my needs. Bill took my name and number and said he would call me when something came in. Two days later, I got a call from Bill. He said "I think we found the car". I went to the dealership and saw exactly what I was looking for. We came to an agreement on price and on my trade that I thought was fair. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Thanks Bill More
