When I decided to buy another Mercedes, I wasn't looking forward to the buying experience, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was met at the door by Wes Crane. He allowed me to browse without applying any pressure and was very helpful when I finally got around to making my buying decision. He even compared the ride, features, and service experience of other vehicle makes to the Mercedes I was considering. I appreciated his style. (I'm hoping that my service experience is equally satisfying.) When I returned to pick up my new E-400, Karen Williams made the process simple. She explained all of the optional warranties and the myriad of documents to my satisfaction, but, best of all, she was both efficient AND WITTY, which kept a smile on my face the whole time. I must admit that I am not an easy person to work with as I can be picky but Sandy listened to me and took care of everything. She treated me as if I was a part of her family. I asked that my husband and I only come in one time to view the car and proceed with the process.
