AWESOME EXPERIENCE LEASING MY 2012 C300 4MATIC. THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT, UPFRONT, AND VERY EASY GOING, NOT PUSHY UNLIKE OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE SALESMEN WALKED ME THRU THE CAR PRIOR TO DELIVERY EXPLAINED EACH AND EVERY CONTROL IN THE VEHICLE. HE PROGRAMMED ALL MY PHONES, PRESET MY RADIO STATIONS, TOTALLY UNBELEIVEABLE. Carol makes you feel like more than a customer, you are made feel like part of a family. This particular dealership is not close to my home. I actually bypass several dealerships to come to Soveriegn, because of the outstanding service that Carol provides. She goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had the task of finding a good used Mercedes Benz for my employer's daughter, and I found Sovereign Motor Cars, Ltd via internet, approximately 500 miles away from where I reside. Mr. Iengo was so very my employer's daughter, and I found Sovereign Motor Cars, Ltd via internet, approximately 500 miles away from where I reside. Mr. Iengo was so very helpful and actually took pressure off me with the way he handled the process from beginning to end. Not having seen the car myself, I felt responsible should the car have not been the way it was discussed with me. Well, I worried for nothing because the car was everything he said it was and my employer's daughter is thrilled with it.
