Richard Truong was great. He brought me several cars and then found the perfect one at Ford of Bellevue, bringing it over. Tuli was very nice and efficient - when we finally got to her. We arrived about 5 and did not complete the transaction until 10. We asked to come back the next day but were not allowed. Richard was good enough to drive us home because I do not like to drive after dark. Another plus for Richard. If you had asked me that night the stars would probably be 3. Nevertheless I do like my new car and look forward to driving it -after I learn to use all the new gadgets! More

When we came to the store, both Eric and Courtney was able to show their sympathy to us and were extremely patient and helpful to coordinate for us to order new parts. The repairing fee is a lot but after we explained the situation, Eric and Courtney contacted the headquarters for us and were able to cover the fees within warranty! We are super grateful for how they were able to help us. We would not know what to do with such large repairing fees. Thank you both so so much!!!! More

1. Lack of response when calling - left my car at 7am, was told it would be a quick service only taking a few hours, however no update until 4pm. Called multiple times and was unable to reach service per was told it would be a quick service only taking a few hours, however no update until 4pm. Called multiple times and was unable to reach service person, has to go thru sales department to reach the right person. Left multiple messages. Finally picked up call at 6pm. 2. Did not fix issues! Paid for the summer road trip, aircon fluid change etc, totaling $800+. Air conditioning still not cold, and the main issue I brought the car in for (engine revving 3-4K while going down small hill) was still not fixed. I was told “this is just how it is and lots of cars have it”. Then why did you charge 1hr labor for software update? Extremely disappointed. I won’t return for next service. More
