You had your chance when we called and were asking for a solution, your response was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. When deposit for the car was paid Angela Soloris promised and guaranteed that the car will be fixed. At the time of picking up, nothing that she guaranteed will be done by the time we pick it up, was done. Her supervisor Tae Ho Su instead of trying to fix it, simply said “you don’t want this car, we can return your deposit back” Now it doesn’t matter anymore, we made our conclusion about this dealership and people that work there. You don’t care, you are dishonest and not trustworthy. Next time we will spend our money elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle.
