They are so backed up. I scheduled two weeks prior for my servicing but I was not given a loaner car. I waited 3 hours when it should just have been an hour. It was not a pleasant experience as I had to miss servicing but I was not given a loaner car. I waited 3 hours when it should just have been an hour. It was not a pleasant experience as I had to miss my appointment because they stated it would take an hour. I’m okay even if it took few more hours but the lack of loaner vehicle is appalling at a Mercedes-Benz Servicing. More

Brian Smith is the most professional service representative @ Mercedes-Benz of Austin. He is a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Austin, he makes us feel like value customers. Brian is the only r representative @ Mercedes-Benz of Austin. He is a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Austin, he makes us feel like value customers. Brian is the only reason we keep bringing our GLS450 to Austin, and hats off to the mechanics in the service department for their outstanding work. Brian is always willing to accommodate not just us but all other customers, he keep us informed of our car progress with text or calls. Our daughter also bring her GLS550 to him, and her father in law's Mercedes Benz SUV as well.
